Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
Fourge Studio ("Fourge Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates fourgestudio.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request an audit, or book a call, how we use it, and what choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Fourge Studio is a web design and development studio based in Manila, Philippines. For any privacy question, contact us at support@fourgestudio.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
Contact and audit request forms: name, email address, business name, website URL, phone number (if provided), and any details you share about your project. These forms run on Tally.so.
Booking a call: name, email address, and the scheduling details you provide through Tally.so and, where applicable, Google Calendar to pick a time.
Any other correspondence: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, Slack, Pumble, Viber, LinkedIn, or through the Site.
If you become a client, we also process information through the tools we use to deliver the engagement: Google Workspace (email and file sharing), Basecamp Plus — or ClickUp, if that's the workspace you run and invite us into — for project tasks and files, Loom Business for walkthrough videos, and whichever of WhatsApp Business, Slack, Pumble, or Viber you prefer for day-to-day messaging. Payments for international engagements may run through Wise Business.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and general usage patterns
Approximate location derived from IP address
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including from tools embedded on the Site such as our intake form (Tally.so) and scheduling widget (Google Calendar). See our [Cookie Policy] for details and how to control this.
We do not knowingly collect payment or financial information through this Site. If you engage us for a project, payment details are handled separately through Wise Business or another invoicing tool we agree on at that stage.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
Respond to audit requests and booking inquiries
Evaluate whether we're a fit for your project
Send you the audit report (often as a Loom video), a proposal, or other requested follow-up
Coordinate an active project through Basecamp Plus or your ClickUp workspace
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
Understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it clearer and more useful
Meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. How We Share Information
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
Service providers who help us run the Site and deliver our services — specifically Tally.so (forms), Google Workspace including Google Calendar (email, scheduling, file storage), Framer (Site hosting), Loom Business (video), Basecamp Plus (project management), WhatsApp Business, Slack, Pumble, or Viber (messaging, depending on what you use), Wise Business (payments for international engagements), and ClickUp (only if you run your own workspace and invite us into it) — each under an obligation to protect your information and use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for
Legal or safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to this Policy or a comparably protective one
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar tools for essential functionality, site analytics, and embedded third-party tools like our intake form (Tally.so) and scheduling widget (Google Calendar). Full details, including how to manage your preferences, are in our [Cookie Policy].
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, inquiry and audit data is generally kept for the length of our conversation with you plus a reasonable follow-up period, and project data lives in Basecamp Plus (or your ClickUp workspace) for the life of the engagement plus a reasonable archive period, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer retention.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including storing our own credentials in 1Password so access to these tools is limited to the team. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
If you are in the Philippines, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to processing, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@fourgestudio.com. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. International Data Transfers
Because Fourge Studio is based in the Philippines and our service providers (Tally.so, Google Workspace, Framer, Loom, Basecamp, Wise Business, and others listed above) may operate or store data elsewhere, your information may be processed outside your home country. We take steps to make sure it's handled consistently with this Policy wherever it's processed.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time — including as our tools and vendors change. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the Site.
