Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fourgestudio.com (the "Site"), operated by Fourge Studio ("Fourge Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is here to show you our work, our process, and how to get in touch. You may browse it and use the forms and booking tools for their intended purpose — requesting an audit, booking a call, or reaching out about a project.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content beyond normal browsing (see Section 2)

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data

  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including copy, design, the Fourge Studio name, logo, the "Online Fingerprint Framework," case studies, and visuals — is owned by Fourge Studio or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Client logos, testimonials, and project screenshots shown on the Site are used with the relevant client's permission and remain their property or ours as applicable.

3. Inquiries, Audits, and Bookings

Submitting a form through the Site (built on Tally.so), requesting an audit, or booking a call — including picking a time through Google Calendar — is an inquiry. It does not create a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on either side to proceed. An engagement with Fourge Studio only begins once both parties sign a separate proposal or service agreement, which will set out scope, pricing, timeline, and terms specific to that project.

Any figures referenced on the Site (for example, revenue generated through client websites, or numbers of businesses helped) reflect aggregate, historical results across past client projects. They describe past outcomes only and are not a guarantee or projection of results for your business.

4. Payments

Fees and payment terms for an active project are set out in your signed proposal, not on the Site. Depending on your location and preference, payments and invoicing may run through Wise Business (for international, multi-currency engagements) or Contra Pro. You're responsible for any fees your own bank or payment provider charges on your end.

5. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may link to, or embed, third-party tools and platforms — for example, our intake form (Tally.so), our scheduling tool (Google Calendar), or our reviews on Contra. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site (including audit videos and reports) is provided for general informational purposes about your website and online presence. It is not a substitute for a tailored professional engagement, and we make no guarantee that following any general recommendation will produce a specific business result.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fourge Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid us in connection with the Site in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fourge Studio harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're accessing the Site from outside the Philippines, you're responsible for complying with your local laws as well.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
